Shipping policy

You heard it right, we provide FREE standard shipping across Australia. Standard shipping usually takes 2-6 business days to arrive after dispatch. For faster delivery, express shipping is available for $15, with an estimated arrival time of 1-3 business days.

After receiving your payment, we typically dispatch orders within 2 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Once we have shipped your item, it becomes the property and responsibility of the buyer. You will be required to initiate any investigations necessary with the shipping company, however we will be available to assist you as best we can to make sure that bag is on your back in no time!
