Liability Waiver for Use of Legacee Bags and Attaching to Prams

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING LEGACEE BAGS WITH YOUR PRAM

By purchasing or using a Legacee Bag, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Acknowledgement of Risk
You acknowledge that attaching any bag, including the Legacee Bag, to a pram using its built-in straps, pram clips, buckles, or similar devices may alter the balance and stability of the pram, potentially leading to tipping, accidents, or injury. The weight, distribution, and positioning of items inside the bag can also affect the pram’s performance and safety.

Compliance with Pram Manufacturer Instructions
You understand that each pram model has specific manufacturer guidelines regarding weight limits, balance, and the safe attachment of accessories. You must ensure that the Legacee Bag is used in accordance with these general guidelines and that it does not compromise the safety or stability of the pram. Always follow the pram manufacturer’s instructions regarding the attachment of accessories to avoid potential hazards.

Assumption of Responsibility
By attaching a Legacee Bag to your pram, you assume full responsibility for ensuring that the pram is used safely, in compliance with the manufacturer's recommendations, and with due care. Legacee Bags and its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates are not liable for any accidents, damages, or injuries resulting from the improper use of its products, including but not limited to pram tipping or instability.

Release of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Legacee Bags, its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses (whether direct or indirect) resulting from the use of Legacee Bags when attached to a pram. This includes any incidents where the pram tips, malfunctions, or behaves unexpectedly due to the attachment of the bag.

Product Safety and Compliance
Legacee Bags are designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant Australian safety standards. However, due to the wide variety of pram models and individual usage patterns, we cannot guarantee the compatibility or safety of the Legacee Bag with every pram.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Legacee Bags and its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of Legacee Bags with prams or other products, including any failure to follow pram manufacturer guidelines.

By purchasing or using a Legacee Bag, you confirm that you have read and understood this waiver and agree to release Legacee Bags and its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates from any liability associated with the use of the product.
