30-Day Returns Policy
Legacee Bags welcomes returns for items received within 30 days from the delivery receipt. All eligible items for return must be in their original condition, with all Legacee Bag tags attached (unless faulty). Proof of purchase receipt is required. Please be aware that unless an item is deemed faulty, return shipping costs to our designated address is borne by the customer.
We encourage you to inspect items upon arrival. In the rare event that you should encounter faults, damages, or incorrect items, please contact us promptly. We're committed to rectifying such issues as soon as possible.
Return an Item:
Step 1: Please send an email to hello@legaceebags.com.au with your return or exchange request.
Step 2: Upon receipt of your request, we will provide you with a return address label.
Step 3: Attach the return label to your packaged item and take it to your nearest Australia Post location.
Your refund or exchange will be processed upon the item's arrival at our location. Please allow 3-5 business days for your parcel to be processed.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will inform you of its approval status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Note: The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account can vary based on your payment provider.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, first, return the original product. Once your return is processed, you can then make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following are exempt from returns:
Clearance items (unless defective).
Gift cards.
